After a long wait, Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has finally published the revised result. Total 27289 students have been declared successful in revised result which include earlier successful students. Honorable Patna High Court on 30 October, 2012, had rejected the bunch of petitions filled against result of first graduate level examination. But the Court had ordered not to fail those 935 students who were declared successful in preliminary result but were failing after revaluation of answer sheets. According to the Commission total 1415 new students succeeded in revaluation. But problem arose, when some candidates scores were equal or more than those candidates who were not in the passed list. To short out this problem Commission sought suggestion from General Administration department. In turn, General Department sought guidance from Department of Law. After more than one and half month, General Administration Department sent its suggestion to the Commission. One can say that BSSC might have avoided this delay. It should have sought suggestions from Bihar Public Service Commission, which had faced similar situation in 53-55th preliminary result. But BPSC declared the result within a week without seeking guidance from any departments. Any way, successful students should now concentrate on mains examination which is the most important phase.

Ye kaun court me gade murde ukhad raha hai, exam ke samay thoda mehanat nahi kiya, ab fail hone ke baad jamin- aasman ek kar diya hai..11000 extra ka sawal mains se pahale uthana tha...pahale bole ki hamara set revise nahi hua,fir hamara question dusara, fir syllabus se bahar ka mamla.....mukesh ka gana yad aa gaya...tum m hamaari na hui toh koi bat nahi, tum kisi aur ki hogi toh mushkil hogi.....HUD ho gayi besharmi ki.
Jag bhai tention lene ki baat nahi hai...court me thodi deri to hogi hi...sone ko jyada der tapao to kundan ban jata hai...accha hai ki sari baaton par charcha ho jae abhi hi taki kisi ko koi gila na rahe...
Waise bssc ne 1 and half month isi angle ko dhyaan me rakhte hue liya hoga...sabko pata tha ki kuch log kabhi khush nahi ho sakte to bssc ye cheezen pahle se bhi expect kar rahi thi...sabka jawab milega.
Waise 6 taarikh tak councelling to chalna hi tha :-)
ek baat achhi tarah se jan le ki 2015 se idhar join nahi ho sakta hai. Jin bhai sahev ko bssc ke nistha me biswas hai, wo bataye ki kyo bssc ko 11000, student ko lena para. Jo ki court ke guidence ke against hai. Court ne kaha tha ki 1415 student ko lo. Wo yah bhi bataye ki Jo staff pakraya wo kisko help kar raha tha, unhone kaha ki omr sheet rangaya gaya. had hai bina koi janch kiye mains le liya. Jo bhai saheb doosro ko mehnat karne ki salah de rahe hai, wo re-exam se dar kyo rahe hai. Jo bhai sahev bssc ke exam se santust hai aur doosro ko mehnat karne ke liye salah de rahe hai, O bataye kitna me setting hua hai. Yah mera arop kyonki sari dooniya janti hai ki exam fair nahi hua hai. use yakin hai fair hai. Jyada raupaya lag gaya hai isliye nind ur gayee hai. If u r briliant ,then why r u fearing rexam. Aisa to nahi hai ki pahli bar re-exam hogi. pahle bhi bahut baar ho chooka hai , dont worry , be ready to give re-exam. thanks.
Mai ek bar fir dohra dun, koi exam ek hi condition me cancel hota hai, jab question paper leak hua ho, Jo ki nahi hua, fir kyon aap apna time & money waist kar rahe ho mere fighter friends? It's better to concentrate on genuine points ie revision of revised model ans.

Second round of councelling hogi ya nahi ye mai nahi kah sakta,par mera common sense kah raha hai jarur hogi. Because,utane hi candidates bulaye Gaye hain,jitani seat hai. Kisi bhi chiz me hundred % to presence kabhi nahi hui, so agar 50candidates bhi absent rahe(Jo ki badi bat nahi) toh aapki councelling pakki.....aur bliss ji ummid lagaye rahiye,achha hai.

Bliss ji aap exam cancel karway bina ni manoge. or v exam hone wale hai.
BSSC has conducted four exams. ( JE+ESI+AUDITOR+SA) during the last 6 months. The fate of all these exams. is at stake due to criminal cases and writs being filed in the HC. Stay order has been passed on the final result of all these exams. Apparently the real culprit is BSSC which has been proved to be totally incapable of conducting free ane fare exam. In such a situation how can we have faith in BSSC.
Bliss ji case toh Bihar ki her exam lene waali agency ke result par hai...kya bpsc dawara conduct hone waale her exam par case nahi hua...Aji sahab casebaji toh yahaan ragon me basti hai....kyon sirf exam agency ko kos rahe ho..hum apni asafalta ko kahan accept karte hain bliss ji.
So according to you the real problem is our habit of CASEBAJI. BSSC/BPSC are above board and highly efficient agencies. Cases are filed in the courts on flimsy and false grounds. HC regularly gives it's verdict in student'r favour on arbitrary basis.......... Do'nt analyse things with such a myopic attitude. Please have an open mind and holistic view.g/ni8.
blissji & jagji u both r right but if court directs for re-exam or re-evaluation it will be based on only merit of the case because we know various mistakes in all exams. this mistakes raises many contradiction & conflictions. but the valuable time of competant student can not be compensated. so it will be better to conduct the further exams by and under the guidelines of court and also there should be transparancy and timebound..
I have an open mind bliss ji. My view is holistic. Pls read my 4th line minutely "kyon sirf".its u who r analysing things with myopic attitude & non- holistic view bliss ji. Let's dissolve this matter,god bless u bliss ji.
are bhai log, isme koi shak nahi ki BSSC has been inadvertent in its attitude towards exams. it seems as if they r only fulfilling their duty. i don't doubt about their sacrosant views. but the approach could have been better to avoid any controversy. how can they be so childish when setting questions like exams of SA. this shows their callousness. i agree with Jag ji that Biharis are more prone to case baji but Jag ji, don't you think even officials take them for ride. see how exams are conducted in UP, Chattisgarh, Rajasthan etc. they steer clear of any controversy.

One should learn the habit of taking a firm stand on any issue with an unwavering and still mind...... For the ongoing controversy it is BSSC which is solely (sirf ) responsible. Had exams coducted by it been free,fare and trasparent , noone could have raised a finger on it. And there must have been no cases. HC Judges are more than wise and full of wisdom . They know how to differentiate between CASEBAJI and CASE.

Corruption ki boo aati hai, nahi to omr and question booklet dalne me kya tha. dal me kala hai jaroor, hame to lagta hai pure dal kala hai, agar bssc sahi me imandar hai, to bina der kiye re-exam ka order dena chahiye. agar bihar police sath nahi deti hai to sena manga kar exam lena chahiye. isme koi pratishtha ki baat nahi hai. tab hi jakar faith ho payega. jo briliant hai use darne ki koi jaroorat nahi hai.

Library sc ek desired subject hai, means agar councelling me bulaye kisi ummidwar ka ye subject na bhi ho toh bina aage ke liye wait kiye kisi general candidat ko hi ye seat allot ho jaayegi. Ek friend bata rahe the ki 20- 25 candidates daily absent ho rahe hain councelling me. Dua karo ye sach nikale, tabhi chance banega.

Kis Q ka ans double hai raj ji...wo toh galti se do answer de diye Gaye jinhe sudhar kar ek kiya jaayega.Q 98 ka ans do hai par problem ye hai ki dono sarwadhik upukt hain. Ye math ka Q hai isme dono option ki equality ko maps ja sakta hai.
Question no 98 ka bhi agar dekha jayr to sarwadhik upyuk answer D hoga bcz jis tarah se question hai uss hisab se ham usr D me diye gaye option ki tarah hi likh sakte hai.

Heard learned counsel for the parties at some length. In view of the fact that two more writ petitions on the same subject involving factual aspect, have to be heard, namely, CWJC No. 3740of 2013 and CWJC No. 4265 of 2013, this Court would give time till Thursday to the counsel for the Commission as also the State Government to file their counter affidavits in those two writ applications. The I.G., Economic Offence will not be required to file separate counter affidavit in all the three cases but he willfile

a clear affidavit as with regard to the result of the criminal case being EconomicOffence No. 23 of 2012 and as to whether the same also in any way involves the Graduate Examination Test, 2010 and if yes, what are thematerials found in respect of such examination. Counsel for the Commission may also file counter affidavit. List both of these cases along with CWJC No. 4265 of 2013 on Friday i.e. on 1.3.2013 at the top of the list under the heading ¡°For Admission-I¡± at 10.30 AM. Pending final disposal of these cases, the counseling may go on but no recommendation for appointment shall be made by the Commission.

पटना हाईकोर्ट ने एक बार फिर सचिवालय सहायक की परीक्षा में गड़बड़ी के सवाल पर बिहार राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग को 11 मार्च तक जवाब देने को कहा है। अदालत ने आयोग से मेरिट लिस्ट को वेबसाइट पर डालने को कहा है। अदालत की यह भी जिज्ञासा है कि उत्तर पुस्तिका में गलत प्रश्न एवं उसके गलत विकल्प को हटा देने से मेरिट लिस्ट में क्या फर्क आएगा। मालूम हो कि सचिवालय सहायक सहित 8 प्रकार के पदों के लिए आयोग ने लिखित परीक्षा ली थी। जिसमें बड़े पैमाने पर हेरा-फेरी के भी आरोप लगे हैं।
न्यायाधीश मिहिर कुमार झा की पीठ ने बुधवार को धनंजय कुमार मिश्रा सहित दर्जनों मामले पर सुनवाई की। कोर्ट यह भी जानना चाहता है कि मेरिट लिस्ट में हरेक पदों के लिए कोटिवार आरक्षण की स्थिति क्या है? सुनवाई के दौरान अधिवक्ता दीनू कुमार अंशुल आदि वकीलों का कहना था कुल 3250 पदों की भर्ती के लिए 25782 अभ्यर्थियों का रिजल्ट 6 फरवरी को निकाला गया था। जिसमें अनेक प्रकार की गड़बड़ियां एवं धांधलियां पायी गयीं। उत्तर पुस्तिका में कम 18 सवाल गलत पूछे गये थे। जबकि आयोग केवल 11 प्रश्नों को हटाकर रिजल्ट देने के लिए तैयार है। मामले पर विस्तृत जवाब मिलने के बाद फिर सुनवाई होगी।
आयोग को मिला टास्क :
-मेरिट लिस्ट को वेबसाइट पर देना होगा
-18 प्रश्नो को हटाकर मेरिट लिस्ट से हटाना होगा
-आरक्षण का कोटिवार ब्यौरा देना होगा
-रिजल्ट को पारदर्शी बनाना होगा ।

I think it is not a matter of individual candidate,it is mistake done on part of bssc expert committee while preparing and prescribing answers for such disputable questions.bssc has given room to opponent to ride on it.
for 10% mistakes you have to first search 15 mistakes in QUESTIONS.. not answers which can be corrected..

As per yesterday's HC order, now BSSC has to tell the Court by 11th March the impact of removing 18 controversial questions on the Merit List. What is in the mind of the Judge ? Does he want the deletion of these 18 questions?

Mera ek dost councelling me gaya tha. Attend karne ke baad bataya, kafi log absent ho rahe hain. Apne 1hour ke duration me usne 5 logon ko absent paya. Ab dekho aage bssc kab agli list jari karti hai.
HC wants to know impact in meritlist after deletion of all controversial Q/A.if impact on meritlist will be negligible then HC might order removal of such Q/A. if impact will be significant then it will have to adopt other practice/process.
I think court should strictly adhere to justice,not welfare. In pt for the sake of 900 by mistake pass candidates,11000 thousand more given entry, now looking for effect on pass candidats,same story want to be repeated & again would open hearing in future. This tendency is desasterous as well as sucidal. Honourable HC pls do justice, if questions r wrong, delete, if given answer wrong, rectify, don't bother to effect on pass -fail. That attitude would give another scope for case & controversy....pls coment.

@jag, We should not loose hope and keep faith in HC.HC has a broader view & understanding.In the view of the complexity of the case HC is trying to device all possible and viable measures to mitigate any dispute in future.

In this Exam , some Q are wrong, some Q have double answers, some Q have wrong answers and some Q have different E/H versions. Now the problem is who will rectify these errors ?The Court has no idea about R/W Q/A. It (The HC) might have asked the BSSC to form an expert committee to rectify these anomalies/errors. But the so called Experts of BSSC have lost all their credibility due to repeated blunders being committed by them. In such a situation , the HC is considering the deletion of all the 18 controversial questions.
Kisi exam ke liye nirdharit 150 Q me se sirf 130 ya135 Q ke aadhar par merit banaana ye kaha tak uchit hai. Ho sakta hai wo 15-20 Q kisi ke liye asaan ho kisi ke liye muskil ho khaskar jab wah final/mains exam ho.
Maine pahli bar is blog par likha tha ki vivad ki suruat usi samay ho gayi thi jab 11000 extra result de diya gaya tha. HC ke order ke do mahine bad apne man se without justification yeh kam kiya gaya. Us result me individual marks ya cut of marks nahi diya gaya. Sath hi one month se bhi kam samay me mains exam date 27 jan ghoshit kar di gayi. Kisi ko bhi kisi apatti ya vivad ke liye samay nahi mila. Jitni tezi bssc ne 28 dec ke bad dikhyi wah 2.5 yrs me kabhi dikayi nahi di. Isliye HC ki mangi gayi pardarshita me uprokta karya nahi aate. Its my openion.

Beach confusion mai dur karta hun...marina beach actually Chennai se kanyakumari tak faila hai par mainly iski wo lambai jahan tourist visit karte hain pahale 13 km mana jata tha,ab city ki lambai badhane ke saath iski lambai bhi 21 km tak maani jati hai. Udhar goa ka colva beach ki length kahin 25,km mana gaya hai kahin 19 km. Par jayadtar jagah ise 19 km mana jata hai aur longest beach of goa bataya jata hai. Officially aaj bhi marina beach (21km) longest beach of India or colva ko (19km) longest beach of goa mana jata hai. Ye jaankari internet ko Maine ghanto khangalne ke baad paaya hai. I think BSSC should have used the word LONGEST instead of LARGEST in this question.We have rivers in the sense of LONGEST(Length) and LARGEST(Area) but beaches are defined only in the sense of LONGEST(Length).

Beach ke sense me largest means longest. Agar koi largest means length x width maane toh ya quantity of sand Jane toh largest beach " kachh of run " hoga Jo kachh se bikaner tak faila hai. Ha...ha..therefor be realistic, be limited to definitions, beach or coast me antar hai. So bliss ji beach means urban beach , agar smudra ke kinare pade balu ko hi beach manana hai toh marina beach Chennai se kanyakumari tak non- stop hai.
Means us sense me bhi colva se bahut bada hai marina beach. Ab sabkuchh bssc ke maane par hai.
Either this question should be deleted (due to use of the word LARGEST) or TAMILNADU should be the right answer.
These three questions will be game changer if questions r re-revised by the court. They will make & mar many candidates. The trio r Q147,148,149.
Q147 being wrong ,should be deleted. In case of Q148 and Q149 , english version being treated as authentic,no change is required. So how can these 3Q be game-changers?
Toppers r toppers because they have got marks for these questions. Yes 147 got deletion, but what happen if court consider 148 & 149 controversial. I think there is enough ground. English is authentic if Hindi version is not deducting ans.
Yes it is for the Court to decide what to do with these two questions(148+149). But the Court ,being rule-oriented, might treat the english version as authentic.

Having heard counsel for the parties at length this Court is of the considered opinion that the Commission needs to reexamine the grievances of the petitioners as with regard to marking made in respect of correct/ incorrect questions and also file its explanation before this Courtin respect of each of them as

has been raised in the pleadings of these writ petitions which must be supported with the help of authoritative source including the concerned text book(s). In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioners in all these cases must give respective Roll No. of the petitioners by today evening to the learned counsel for the Commission in order to enable the learned counsel for the Commission to also file a consolidated chart on affidavit showing marks secured by the petitioners in the main examination. Let the original record of the Commission produced by Mr. Jitendra Singh, learned Senior counsel for the Commission be returned to him, as prayed for but the same must be produced on next Monday when the hearing in there cases would resume. List all these cases again on 11.3.2013 at 10.30 A.M. as a first case under the heading ¡®for Admission-I¡¯ alongwith C.W.J.C.No. 4472/2013. as per unofficially bssc sources commission is ready with all its equipments for monday hearing. the case will be disposed next week.
Why is there such discrepancies between the two ? Media should not do wrong reporting. I think only legal experts can interpret the Court Order better.

Most probably today the case will be disposed of.
If not disposed of in favour of the petitioners,they will file writ in the SC.
So the final disposal of the case might take some more time.Do'nt take it seriously.I am just making conjectures.
