After a long wait, Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has finally published the revised result. Total 27289 students have been declared successful in revised result which include earlier successful students. Honorable Patna High Court on 30 October, 2012, had rejected the bunch of petitions filled against result of first graduate level examination. But the Court had ordered not to fail those 935 students who were declared successful in preliminary result but were failing after revaluation of answer sheets. According to the Commission total 1415 new students succeeded in revaluation. But problem arose, when some candidates scores were equal or more than those candidates who were not in the passed list. To short out this problem Commission sought suggestion from General Administration department. In turn, General Department sought guidance from Department of Law. After more than one and half month, General Administration Department sent its suggestion to the Commission. One can say that BSSC might have avoided this delay. It should have sought suggestions from Bihar Public Service Commission, which had faced similar situation in 53-55th preliminary result. But BPSC declared the result within a week without seeking guidance from any departments. Any way, successful students should now concentrate on mains examination which is the most important phase.

269 सफल अभ्यर्थियों को नोटिस
हाइकोर्ट ने सचिवालय सहायक की परीक्षा में सफल 269 अभ्यर्थियों को नोटिस जारी किया है. न्यायमूर्ति नवीन सिन्हा व शैलेश कुमार सिन्हा के खंडपीठ ने चार सवालों हटा कर जारी रिजल्ट में असफल परीक्षार्थियों की अपील याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए यह आदेश दिया. सचिवालय सहायक एवं संलग्न कार्यालयों में समकक्ष पदों के लिए स्नातक स्तरीय परीक्षा में कुछ प्रश्न गलत पूछे गये थे. कोर्ट ने 28 अगस्त को चार सवाल हटा कर रिजल्ट जारी करने को कहा था. इसके तहत 269 अतिरिक्त परीक्षार्थी सफल छात्रों की सूची में शामिल किये गये. कुछ परीक्षार्थियों के नाम इससे हट भी गये. आयोग के इस निर्णय के खिलाफ कुमोद कुमार, नीरज कुमार कंठ, धनंजय मिर्शा समेत अन्य ने कोर्ट में अपील की. कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस रिजल्ट का परिणाम हमारे निर्णय से प्रभावित होगा. अपील कर्ताओं ने दलील दी कि सचिवालय सहायक की परीक्षा में नौ प्रश्न गलत थे. बावजूद इसके एकलपीठ ने चार प्रश्नों को हटाने का निर्देश दिया. ये फैसला न्याय संगत नहीं था. कोर्ट ने कहा कि जब सचिवालय सहायक की परीक्षा के लिए विज्ञापन निकला था, तो 1561 पदों पर बहाली होनी थी, जिसे वर्ष 2012 में बढ.ा कर 3285 कर दिया गया था. साथ ही पोस्ट की तुलना में पांच गुना आवेदन की जगह नौ गुना आवेदन मंगाये गये थे, जो सही नहीं है.विधि संवाददाता, पटना
