After a long wait, Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has finally published the revised result. Total 27289 students have been declared successful in revised result which include earlier successful students. Honorable Patna High Court on 30 October, 2012, had rejected the bunch of petitions filled against result of first graduate level examination. But the Court had ordered not to fail those 935 students who were declared successful in preliminary result but were failing after revaluation of answer sheets. According to the Commission total 1415 new students succeeded in revaluation. But problem arose, when some candidates scores were equal or more than those candidates who were not in the passed list. To short out this problem Commission sought suggestion from General Administration department. In turn, General Department sought guidance from Department of Law. After more than one and half month, General Administration Department sent its suggestion to the Commission. One can say that BSSC might have avoided this delay. It should have sought suggestions from Bihar Public Service Commission, which had faced similar situation in 53-55th preliminary result. But BPSC declared the result within a week without seeking guidance from any departments. Any way, successful students should now concentrate on mains examination which is the most important phase.

amitesh jee, mai to esliye ghabrane k liye nahi kah raha hu ki exam cancel nahi hoga. kuchh logo k chalte delay ho sakta hai.
jonny jee ka achchha calculation hai. bssc ne to 4 question delete kiya. aapne to 25 question delete kar diya. aur kahte hai ki 125 me 125 sahi koi kaise kar sakta hai.
Jo v ho jag ji hone wala kuch ni hai. savi merit wale join karege . jab v kare.
Dear jonny...u r not right.4 wrong questions were deleted. 12 to 13 Q were not wrong given answer were wrong which were revised...I m not in the councelling list but still solved two of the 6 Q which u r telling impossible to solve & yes toppers r really superman. So u must fight but at least with some logic.
Freinds ! Everyone knows quite well that this merit list has been prepared on the basis of wrong answerkey. Even then on what basis BSSC is conducting the counselling ? In my view BSSC is doing nothing but befooling us and playing with our future. Ultimately this entire counselling process has to be cancelled and fresh counselling has to be conducted on the basis of new merit list.
The fate of this exam will be either RE-EVALUATION or RE-EXAMINATION. No one can deny it. If criminal charges levelled against BSSC are proved in the Court then RE-EXAMINATION is sure. Otherwise RE-EVALUATION will take place. In either situation this ongoing COUNSELLING will be null and void.
Jonny ji you have rightly calculated the facts. It must strongly be pleaded before the court.
मित्रों,पहले तो मुख्य परीक्षा में कम-से-कम 5 प्रश्न ही गलत थे फिर जब मॉडल उत्तर आया तो 5 उत्तर भी गलत पाए गए और इसके साथ ही उम्मीदवारों की योग्यता जाँचने वाले कर्मचारी चयन आयोग की योग्यता ही सवालों के घेरे में आ गई। फिर आयोग ने अप्रत्याशित जल्दीबाजी दिखाते हुए एक हफ्ते में ही 06-02-2013 को परिणाम घोषित कर दिया जैसे कि रिजल्ट पहले से ही तैयार करके रखा गया हो। रिजल्ट भी ऐसा जिससे मुख्य परीक्षा का कोई औचित्य ही नहीं रह जाए। मुख्य परीक्षा में शामिल 26078 उम्मीदवारों में से 25792 को सफल घोषित कर दिया गया जबकि रिक्तियाँ सिर्फ 3285 थीं। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग की 06-02-13 को जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार जिन भी उम्मीदवार ने राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित उत्तीर्णांक को प्राप्त कर लिया है उन सबको मुख्य परीक्षा में सफल घोषित कर दिया गया है। आश्चर्य की बात है कि परीक्षा का आयोजन किया बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने और उत्तीर्णांक का निर्धारण बिहार सरकार कर रही है। फिर कैसे परीक्षा की पवित्रता बनी रहेगी? फिर तो यह भी असंभव नहीं कि परिणाम भी आयोग के बदले राज्य सरकार ने ही तैयार किया हो।
मित्रों,परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित हुए आज 14 दिन हो चुके हैं लेकिन काफी रहस्यमय तरीके से अब तक सफल घोषित उम्मीदवारों द्वारा हल प्रश्नों की संख्या,सही उत्तरों की संख्या,गलत उत्तरों की संख्या और उनके द्वारा प्राप्त प्राप्तांक को वेबसाईट पर प्रदर्शित नहीं किया गया है जो सीधे तौर पर परीक्षा-परिणाम में हुई धांधली की ओर संकेत करती है। इसी बीच फिर से जल्दीबाजी दिखाते हुए कल 19 तारीख को काउन्सिलिंग का कार्यक्रम भी घोषित कर दिया गया है जिसमें कुल सीट जितना ही 3285 उम्मीदवारों को काउन्सिलिंग के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया है परनतु अभी भी उम्मीदवारों का प्राप्तांक घोषित नहीं किया गया है और शायद कभी घोषित किया भी नहीं जाएगा क्योंकि ऐसा करने से धांधली के उजागर हो जाने का खतरा है।
मित्रों,मैं नीतीश सरकार से मांग करता हूँ कि काउन्सिलिंग को अविलंब स्थगित करते हुए वह मेरिट लिस्ट में सफल सभी उम्मीदवारों के प्राप्तांक के साथ-साथ उनकी जाति को भी वेबसाईट पर प्रदर्शित करे जिससे यह पता चल सके कि इनमें से उनके स्वजातीय अर्थात् कुर्मी जाति से आनेवाले कितने उम्मीदवार शामिल हैं। आखिर नीतीश कुमार को किसने हक दिया कि वे बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग को अघोषित रूप से बिहार कुर्मी चयन आयोग में बदल दें? मैं तो यह भी कहता हूँ कि संविधान की प्रस्तावना के एक बार फिर से संशोधन किया जाए और उसमें भारत को धर्मनिरपेक्ष के साथ-साथ जातिनिरपेक्ष घोषित करते हुए जातिनिरपेक्ष शब्द जोड़ा जाए। दोस्तों, कुल मिलाकर मेरे इस आलेख का लब्बोलुआब यह है कि कथित सुशासन ने सचिवालय सहायक परीक्षा के वैसे उम्मीदवारों को घनघोर रूप से निराश किया है जो मेरिट वाली श्रेणी से आते हैं और जहाँ तक डिमेरिट श्रेणी वालों का प्रश्न है तो वे तो प्रत्येक शासन में मजे में थे,मजे में हैं और मजे में रहेंगे।

मित्रों,वर्ष 2007 से 2009 तक मैं हिन्दुस्तान,पटना में नौकर हुआ करता था। उन दिनों हमारे स्थानीय संपादक हुआ करते थे सुनील दूबेजी। कद के छोटे,दिनभर पान चबाते रहते। गुस्सा तो जैसे उनकी नाक पर ही सवार रहता था। किस दिन किसकी शामत आ जाए कोई नहीं जानता था। वे थोड़े-से जातिवादी भी थे। हम सब पीड़ित मनाते रहते कि दूबेजी जाएँ और कोई दूसरा संपादक आए। हमें न जाने क्यों यह उम्मीद थी कि नया संपादक अच्छा होगा। फिर 2009 में सचमुच संपादक जी की छुट्टी हो गई और अकु श्रीवास्तव संपादक बनकर आ गए। अब हमारी हालत पहले से भी खराब हो गई।
मित्रों,ठीक यही हालत बिहार में आयोजित होनेवाली प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं की है। पहले भी बिहार में दशकों से उम्मीदवार दो तरीके से नौकरी पाते रहे हैं। पहले तरीके में लोग अपने मेरिट से पास होते हैं और दूसरे तरीके में परीक्षा लेनेवालों की डिमेरिट से। जैसे-जैसे वक्त गुजरता रहा मेरिट से पास होनेवालों की संख्या कम होती गई और डिमेरिट से पास होनेवालों की संख्या बढ़ती गई। अभी कुछ ही दिनों पहले कहीं यह पढ़ने को मिला कि लालू ने बिहार में किसा के लिए कुछ नहीं किया। हालाँकि यह सर्वविदित तथ्य है कि लालू के समय में भी दारोगा,प्रोफेसर और यहाँ तक कि बिहार प्रशासनिक सेवकों की बहाली में भी यादवों के पक्ष में जमकर धांधली की गई। 1993-94 में दारोगा में बहाली के लिए चयनित कुल 1400 अभ्यर्थियों में से 400 ऐसे पाए गए थे जिनकी न तो लंबाई ही और न ही सीना निर्धारित मानदंडों को पूरा करता था। धांधली से प्रभावित उम्मीदवारों ने बीपीएससी के कार्यालय पर जमकर हंगामा भी किया था परन्तु वे परिणाम को बदलवा नहीं सके थे। इसी प्रकार लालू-राबड़ी के शासन में विश्वविद्यालय शिक्षकों की बहाली में जहां 100 अंकों की लिखित परीक्षा ली गई वहीं 200 अंकों का साक्षात्कार लिया गया और जब अंतिम परिणाम निकला तो सूची में कई बाहुबली मंत्री,विधायक और उनके परिजन उत्तीर्ण घोषित किए गए थे।
मित्रों,कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि सत्ता बदलने से डिमेरिट से लाभान्वितों की जातियाँ भी बदलती रहीं। कांग्रेस राज में ब्राह्मण लाभान्वित हो रहे थे तो लालू-राबड़ी राज में यादव और अब नीतीश राज में कुर्मी लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं। बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के सूत्र मुझे पहले भी बता रहे थे कि इस बार सचिवालय सहायक की परीक्षा में कुर्मियों के पक्ष में धांधली की पूरी तैयारी है। इसी बीच वर्ष 2012 में एसटीएफ ने कुछ लोगों को कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के भवन में घुसकर रात के 12 बजे काँपियों में हेराफेरी करते हुए पकड़ा था। सचिवालय सहायक की पीटी परीक्षा में कई छात्रों ने जब उत्तर-पत्रक को सादा छोड़ दिया था तब भी हमारा माथा ठनका था। फिर भी हमें न जाने क्यों नीतीश जी की ईमानदारी भरी बातों पर भरोसा बना रहा परंतु अब जबकि सचिवालय सहायक परीक्षा का परिणाम आ गया है यह भरोसा भी टूट गया है।

Court will give 2-3 months to the concerned department to investigate.. so the next hearing (after march 1) will be in April-May... and the delay will continue same like PT.... Final judgement in 2014....

i know some candidates are planning to self immolate in front of BSSC office. if this happens situation may turn uglier. why BSSC is not cancelling all doubtful questions whether it is 13 or 16. BSSC should cancel all questions with double answer or dubious language even if it is 20. then i think no one will have any qualms regarding it. one thing is for sure that there is some dirty game going on. and this matter will not stop till here there are saner people around who will not leave any stone unturned to get to the root of it even that takes them to SC.

It is agreed by all that at least 20 or more Q are either wrong or have double answer or have no answer. How can bssc evaluate any examinee on the basis of 130 or less Q rather it should be 150. In any exam 20 Q may play much crucial role in deciding merit. Likewise it should be 150 right Q in bssc in deciding as it is final exam. Successful candidares should not be selfish. They can acheive again almost same rank as are in present if re-exam will held. So in deciding merit re-eaxm is necessary on the basis of rightful 150 Q. Re-exam or re-evaluation whatever is done, it is essential to remove the top official of bssc for further process in this exam or any of the exam conducted by bssc because they are incapable and dictator.

Bhai saheb, Dum to case me hai hi warna court kewal formal enquiry ke liye hi to kahta. lekin wo inspector general crime jaise post ko check karne ke liye kyo kah raha hai. Aur agar sahi hai to answer sheet aur question booklet publish karne me kya dikkat hai. ab to bahut delay ho gaya hai lekin fir V picture to clear hi dekhna chahiye na. Mere patrakar aur wakil doston ka bhi yahi kahna hai. hona ya na hona to thik hai lekin doubtful nos ke saath bahar kyo hona hai.

Better ye hoga ki haigh court apna expert committee banakar answer sheets ka re-evaluation karwa le. Tab koi vivad nahin hoga. BSSC agar re evluate karti hai to fir vivad karnewale vivad karenege hi. But cancelling exam. is no soln. as this is no guaranatee that the next exam will also be free of errors and a few candidates will again go after litigation. So, tarikh par tarikh... tarikh par tarikh... yahi hota rahega .

Yadi bssc sateek answer key, may be made by expert committee, jari kare. OMR sheet, all sets right answer key, all sets question paper aur details of marking jari karta hai to jo students 5000-6000 rank ke paas bhi hain unme se bahut se within 1200-1500 aa sakte hain. Isliye bssc ko iss baat ko gambhirta se lena chahiye aur kisi bhi students ke saath na-insaafi hone se bachana chahiye. sahi answer key hone se kafi log jo within 1500 rank hain, unke ranking par bhi asar padega.
Reality is this , bssc has invoved fully in this scam. One who is saying that bssc is innocent, I want ask those person that why Court has given some guideline to bssc, otherwise pt had been canceled by court. Therefore this arguement is not correct that who is failed , they are trying to disturb pass students. My full sympathy with pass student who is ranker without any doubt.

Court ne deleted question,revised model answer ke saath 4 march ko bssc ko aane ko bola hai..
Judge say it seems result is fair, but order the commission to produce final answer sheet along with the total no. of question deleted with proof, and also no. of question which option is changed on 4th march, 2013. Mostly case in favour of successful candidate, but it seems that court may order to the commission to revised the merit lists, without any descrepancies. Next hearing on Monday (04.03.2013). on monday full day hearing hai.

There are so many problems in questions. First of all question number 116: why two answers (A D). In no case D will be option. How G can be indians and teachers.
Question number 69: DNA fingerprinting was the right answer but bssc changed and gave vaccination option. It is absolutely wrong.
Question 111 deletion wrong.
Question number 82: In no case largest beach should be in Goa. It is in Tamilnadu.

Dear friends, model answer jari hone ke bad ab sirf re-evaluation ka chance banta hai cancel ka nahi. Cancel ka matter tabhi banega jab petitioner yeh prove kare aur IG dwara is bat ki pusti ho ki bssc office me OMR me chherchhar hui thi aur isme paryapta jaanch ho chuki hai aur isme staffs ki milibhagat hai.
Anyway re-evaluation ke liye Q 69, 82, 107, 111, 124, 125, 147 very important hai aur hindi medium me different Q ke liye Q 148 ko delete hona hi chahiye
It will be not RE-EVALUATION but RE-RE-RE-EVALUATION by the so called Experts.It is just disgusting. Either they are commiting mistakes deliberately to facilitate some backdoor entry or they are too stupid to do evaluation correctly. The HC will definately take cognizance of this fact about BSSC's Experts while delivering justice.

At least 10 questions of D series (Macmohan line, live, Relationship question, etc are totally different from other series. It is absolutely blunder. Those who are in Patna, please demand from bssc through the court, questions of all series, so that bssc's blunder can be exposed. How can blunder can be committed?

@ jag daily 400 candidates ka counselling ho raha hai jisme 20-25 candidates daily absent ho rahe hai. mujhe to lagta hai ki top 1000 rank ke atleast 100 candidates ka BPSC me bhi final result hona chahiye.hope best luck for some waitlister.
What is the logic in continuing the counselling process on the basis of a wrong merit list ? Is BSSC still unaware of it's mistakes in the answerkey ?

I dont think that very significant impact on meritlist after few correction in answerkey.only those candidates who are sitting on threshold will be affected the most.it is not going to happen that all selected candidates will be out and all new face will come in.so it will be easier for bssc to call some new candidate who gain from further correction in answer key.
For re-evaluation it should strongly be recommended with proof as under:

Q.148 given 18 boys equals to 3/4 of total no of boys,so total no of boys are 24,again total no of boys are 2/3rd of total student(boys+girl),so total no of student are 36.no of girls are 36-24=12.

In this type of objective type of exam where answer should be exact.

Hi Friends question no 148 and 149 hindi version is different from english version so both should be deleted. Qtn No 147 should also be deleted. Qtn No 11 is also incomplete as also option surname has been given which is also incomplete should be removed. HC should strictly go through all question and accordingly order for publishing fresh result, it is also important to set up a fresh expert committee to remove all controversial question either two answers or no answers,
