LATEST: According to the Secretary of JSSC, model answer has been provided by the expert to the JSSC and it has been released on (13-10-2012) commission website (http://jssc.in/). OMR sheet checking will start soon. If nothing untoward happens, result might be published in the month of November and Mains examination is scheduled to be conducted in the month of December 2012.

Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission conducted combined secretariat services examination on September 30, 2012. About 2, 01,469 students had applied for the posts and 82 percent students appeared in the examination. Some students boycotted the examination due to some causes. Some questions were misprinted or were wrong. Chances are that such questions might be deleted or each student will be awarded marks. However it is upon JSCC to decide. Some students were claiming that questions were tough, same time some were claiming that in some parts easy questions were asked. Some of the questions of computer played mind game and according to the students, it was the toughest part, however some may not agree with this conclusion. A large number of good questions were asked from Jharkhand state. In GK-GS, humanities background students were complaining that questions on science created problem with them. Due to negative marking, maximum students solved 90 to 100 questions. Despite solving 90 to 100 questions, nobody is claiming and shouldn’t claim that whatever they have solved, are completely right. One more thing, despite solving questions rightly, some of them couldn’t succeed in coloring all the solved questions. In toto, nobody was fully satisfied and it was a mix bag. According to the sources, to avoid any controversy and litigation, JSSC might publish model answer before declaration of result (already published). If it happens, it will be good for students as well as JSSC. Now everybody has started guessing about the cut-off. Well it is very tough to say about the cutoff of the examination of such nature. Some can speculate about this, but that will be only speculation.

expln convert 10000 in binary it is 16
now convert 16 in octal it is 20.

This is Gyanendra Yadav from Ranchi. This is to inform all the Candidates who have finally qualified for the post of Secretariat Assistant of Jharkhand.
J.S.S.C has already sent the list of qualified candidates to the 'Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasa'. Let me remind you that it is that department of Jharkhand Government which had directed J.S.S.C to conduct exam to fill the vacancies in Secretatriat.
This Department conducted a second Document Verification on 10th and 11th May 2013 in which 120 candidates were absent. This was because notice regarding this Document Verification was not given in J.S.S.C Website. It was published only in local newspapers and in the Website of Jharkhand Government.
Now, a second chance has been given to those who missed this chance. So all candidates whether of Jharkhand or of Outside, if you have missed the Second Document Verification, attend it as per given programme.
Date- 31/05/2013.
Time- 10 am to 5 pm.
Venue- Matshya Nirdeshalaya, Near Shahid Maidaan, Dhurva, Ranchi.
Documents you must bring: All Original Educational Certificates, Caste Certificate, Residential Certificate, P. H. Category Certificates (If these categories were indicated while filling form) and Must bring Original Admit Card of Main Exam.

Dear Friends,
This is Gyanendra Yadav from Ranchi.
This is to inform you all that the 'Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasa' has published the programme of distributing Joining Letter to the Candidates who have qualified for the post of Secretariat Assistant.
Out of total 575 qualified Candidates, 455 Candidates had attended the Document Verification held on 10th and 11th May, 2013. Out of them, Documents of 449 were found to be correct.
Joining Letters will be handed to those 449 Candidates at Aryabhatta Hall, Ranchi University, Ranchi, on 30.05.2013 at 10:30 am by the Governor of Jharkhand.
The Candidates who have Qualified for the post of Secretariat Assistant and had attended the Document Verification held on 10th and 11th May, 2013 and cleared it are requested to be present on the given date at the given venue and receive their Joining Letters.
The 120 Candidates absent in the Document Verification held on 10th and 11th May, 2013 are requested to attend the Document Verification to be held on 31st May, 2013.
