After a long wait, Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has finally published the revised result. Total 27289 students have been declared successful in revised result which include earlier successful students. Honorable Patna High Court on 30 October, 2012, had rejected the bunch of petitions filled against result of first graduate level examination. But the Court had ordered not to fail those 935 students who were declared successful in preliminary result but were failing after revaluation of answer sheets. According to the Commission total 1415 new students succeeded in revaluation. But problem arose, when some candidates scores were equal or more than those candidates who were not in the passed list. To short out this problem Commission sought suggestion from General Administration department. In turn, General Department sought guidance from Department of Law. After more than one and half month, General Administration Department sent its suggestion to the Commission. One can say that BSSC might have avoided this delay. It should have sought suggestions from Bihar Public Service Commission, which had faced similar situation in 53-55th preliminary result. But BPSC declared the result within a week without seeking guidance from any departments. Any way, successful students should now concentrate on mains examination which is the most important phase.

As per recent devlopment in the court and taking the expert view from laywer to restoration of Q NO-148 and 149 is very difficult in present situation we should only concentrate on double answer of 124 and 125 .Alongwith revival of Q NO-111 and 82. and deletion of Q NO-119 and 135 (most doutful answer by bssc). those who had lost their rank must be benefited if the exam will servive. As some others experts views LPA 1200/2013 will not impact much .
Who the expert said that examination will survive? No no and not at all. Be continue for pre preparation. Baat maan lo dear.

@manoj ji, mithilesh ji, expert grp, newsX ,b.p.ji or others, case LPA-1200/2013 mein 7th october k hearing ka kuchh detail yahan share karein. Court k karyakalp se nirashatmak sanket dikh raha hai. Lagta hai ab issi result se santosh karne ke alawa ab aur kuchh v nahi bacha hai. Isliye issi ko reality maniye aur bihar k ghantush ke standard mein mix ho jaiye. Kya kariyega salon ne bihar matiyamet kar ke chhodega. Bihar ke kalanko ko pehchan lijiye. Ghatiya log aur inka ghatiya standard, saalon ne bihar ko satyanash kar ke hi chhodega.
Yadi 2355 ka sambandh SA ke pt tempering se hai toh kya hota hai usase. Exam cancel karaoge toh dusre bhaiyon ko kitna nuksan hoga aapne kavi jara v socha hai. Isliye yeh sab chij jitna jaldi ho iska saath chhodiye aur dusre logon ko aage badhane mein jara v roda nahi baniye balki sahi uttar ko galat karwane mein sahyog karein toh unki ummeed badhegi . Exam hai sahi galat ka jua hai. Sab choupat sab ka yahi dhandha hai toh toh aap nitish babu bankar kya kariyega. Jitna v galti kiye hain no tension kuchh nah hona . Result ho gaya toh mast rahiye ,bas aur kuchh v nahi hai. Sahi galat uttar ka kuchh v lena dena nahi hai.
आयोग ने हाईकोर्ट को दी जानकारी
पटना (एसएनबी)। बिहार राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने पटना उच्च न्यायालय को बताया है कि सचिवालय सहायक को छोड़कर अन्य के मेरिट लिस्ट को अभी अंतिम रूप नहीं दिया गया है। सभी अभ्यर्थियों की काउंसलिंग 28 अक्टूबर तक कर ली जाएगी। जो बच जाएंगे उनके लिए 29 को सूचना देकर उनकी काउंसलिंग की तिथि तय कर दी जाएगी। आयोग के तरफ से यह जानकारी अधिवक्ता सत्यवीर भारती ने न्यायमूर्ति डा. रवि रंजन को दी। न्यायमूर्ति ने कहा कि जब सूची को अंतिम रूप नहीं दिया गया है तो अब सुनवाई 28 अक्टूबर को होगी। सचिवालय सहायक की मुख्य परीक्षा में बेहतर अंक लाने के बावजूद काउंसलिंग के लिए नहीं बुलाये जाने पर कई अभ्यर्थियों ने याचिका दाखिल की थी। उन्होंने अधिवक्ता , चक्रपाणि, प्रशांत सिन्हा और अवधेश कुमार के माध्यम से कहा है कि एक ही श्रेणी के होने के बावजूद कम अंक वाले अभ्यर्थी को काउंसलिंग के लिए बुलाया गया, लेकिन बेहतर अंक पाने के बावजूद उन्हें नहीं बुलाया गया है। न्यायालय आयोग को निर्देश दे कि वह उन लोगों को भी काउंसलिंग के लिए बुलाये। यह याचिका रंजन अमित कुमार, जोहानंद कुमार सहित अन्य अभ्यर्थियों ने अधिवक्ता अवधेश कुमार के माध्यम से दाखिल की है। उन्होंने कहा कि वे एमबीसी श्रेणी के हैं। इस श्रेणी में उन्हें 925वीं रैंक मिली है। काउंसलिंग के लिए उन्हें नहीं बुलाकर उनसे कम अंक वाले अभ्यर्थी विपिन कुमार सिंह, शाहनवाज आदि को बुला लिया गया है। इसी तरह सुजीत कुमार ने कहा है कि बीसी श्रेणी में उसकी 990वीं रैंक है। काउंसलिंग के लिए उसे न बुलाकर उससे कम अंक पाने वाले अभ्यर्थी अंशु कुमार, सुभाष कुमार, संजय कुमार, विश्वनाथ सिंह आदि को बुला लिया गया है। आयोग से उसे भी काउसलिंग के लिए बुलाने को कहा जाए। याचिकाकर्ताओं ने कहा है कि इस तरह के कई छात्र हैं जिन्हें बेहतर अंक मिलने के बावजूद काउंसलिंग के लिए उन्हें नहीं बुलाया गया और उनसे कम अंक वाले को बुला लिया गया। सचिवालय सहायक की मुख्य परीक्षा को आरक्षण के आधार पर भी चुनौती दी गयी है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि आयोग ने शीर्ष अदालत के फैसले का अनुसरण नहीं किया है। उससे शीर्ष अदालत के फैसले के अनुसार रिजल्ट निकालने को कहा जाय। मालूम हो कि आयोग ने फिर से मूल्यांकन कर 18 सितम्बर को रिजल्ट घोषित कर दिया था। सचिवालय सहायक के 1569 पदों पर बहाली होनी है। कम अंक वालों की काउंसलिंग होने पर अभ्यर्थियों ने दायर की याचिka

Yadi aap realistic sochate hain toh pichhe k kai exam cases (bpsc/bssc) ko dekhenge toh un saare mamalon mein judgements result ko kharab karte chala gaya hai. Cancel kya 10 saal baad karega jab ki ravi ranjan ji isi exam se juda reservatiön aur other cases dekh raha hai. In logon se ummeed rakhna kewal emotional situation hai. Bpsc mains ke hearing mein ravi ranjan ji ne assurance diya ki bpsc final result nahi dega, ravi ranjan ne result pas stay nahi lagaya,aur idhar bpsc result nikal diya. Kis kam k liye hai aisa court. Kewal dikhawa ke liye hai. Mihir ji se v dinoo kumar ne jaise taise favoured judgement le liya. Ab naye cases mein naye advocates apni sthiti ko dhang se effectively nahi rakh paa rahe hain. Yadi justice navin sinha ji se ummeed rakhte the toh woh v avsar nikal hi gaya kyoki apne tathyon ko lachar dhang se unke saamne rakha gaya hai. Har ek case mein ab common interest ki baat nahi aa rahi hai. Isliye aage ka rasta aur v dikkatwala dikh raha hai.

@ Arunjay kr ji , as i think, u r still NOT out of race. And d result so far published is concluded, i donot think so. More results can be expected against d vacancies not filled on account of not joining by d candidates reccomended by d commission(bssc). Mere knowlege k anusar vacant posts par lower rankers(panel of candidates) jahan aap merit list mein stand karte hain, ko joining k liye call kiye jayenge. Amit kumar sinha ji (one of blogger here) ne v iss fact ke support mein likha tha. Ek saal(one year) k andar vacant posts ko panel of candidates se bharate jayenge. Hamein same fact other source se v prapt hua hai jisme chairman k press conference mein iss prashna ke uttar mein yah fact saamne aaya tha. Lekin commission ka lachar aur dhulmul ravaiya hamesha hi bada prashnachinh iske saamne khada rakhta hai. Isliye kya kuchh jyada kaha jaye. Ratan Singh ji ka prashna v important hai.

Arunjay ji, just cool yourself. U r absolutely right and not wrong anywhere. It is d matter of deliberate mistake done by bssc in its favoured candidate. Ratan ji ne bahut spasht likha hai, aise mamale mein generally commissiön apne favoured candidate ko post alott kar dete hain. Ratan ji k answer mein sachchai hai. But aapki sambhavna avi isase v badhiya (better) post par kuchh time baad banati dikh rahi hai. Ref my above comment 1:30pm.

Arunjayji, According to my sources you should send a letter regarding this issue to the chairman through secretary. Keep a receiving copy with date of this letter with you and wait for 1-2 working days. After that you can file a genuine petition to the court. No doubt you are more deserving candidate of librarian post than BSSC favored. It will be a very simple case for any law practioner. You are a regular B.L.I.Sc. and your university is also UGC recognized. Then no need to afraid and go ahead with your problem to BSSC.
Ye to jaanta tha ki is post pe be-imaani hogi leki aisi? Ye to result me bhi tampering wali baat ho jaayegi. Pakke chor ki yahi pahchaan hoti hai ki kitna bhi chor-chor chillao wo chori kar hi lega. Excellent job done by BSSC.

Arunjayji pata nahi BSSC ke kaun se sanak ke sikaar huwe hai. Uska result bhi to BSSC ne hi nikala tha to fir itna bekar seat allotment kyon kar diya.

A Supreme Court order on Monday ( 7th Oct 2013), said that the written exam to the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) needs to be retaken.
This order has been a bolt from the blue for several successful candidates who have already cleared the Mains and interview, and were hoping to join government posting soon.
Scores of students expressed displeasure with the Supreme Court order that requires them to retake the exam with 16,000 other candidates who did not qualify the Mains last September.The controversy erupted after the APPSC released a key for the prelims where many students felt that 6 questions had wrong answers. The students demanded that they be awarded marks for the questions in doubt or the exam be cancelled. However, in spite of protests,the APPSC continued with the selection process and conducted the Mains in September2012 and the interview between january and March 2013.
After a set of students went to Andhra Pradesh High Court, the latter asked the commission to rectify its course, but the APPSC challenged the order in the Supreme Court only to face the wrath of the court.
It is evident that there is a lapse in decision making by the APPSC which did not pay heed to what aspirants said. Since it is their mistake, now it is the responsibility of APPSC to ensure that exams are reconducted well without fault.
C H Ramakrishna, a Zoology student who attempted the exam twice and did not make it, says, “This is a golden opportunity for the students who were disqualified in the interview as it gives them a chance to try their luck. The APPSC must take complete responsibility that in future no mistakes occur.”
Agreeing with this line of thought, Akbar Saleem Shaik, said, “In future APPSC has to be very careful while conducting the examinations.”

Now asking aspirants to write the entrance exam again and quashing the hopes of selected candidates is not justified”. Susheel Reddy V, an MSc Biotechnology student preparing for Group One exam, said, “The present scenario is justified for a few and unacceptable to others. Calling students to appear for re-exam after completion of all the stages of final examination is not fair. the Supreme Court on 07th October directed the AP Public Service Commission, APPSC to re conduct the Group-I Mains exam of May 27, 2012, due to the errors in question papers. APPSC is not taken decision yet of reconduting Group 1 Mains, it will be taken after review the Court orders. If Appsc decides to re conduct Group 1 Mains exam, they need to issue new Group 1 Mains qualifiers list soon.
The Supreme Court bench directed the Appsc to delete six erroneous questions from the preliminary exam question paper and prepare new Group 1 Mains qualifiers list to re conduct the test. In 2012, The APPSC had shortlisted 16,426 students for Mains. In September, it selected an additional 1,201 students, following protests from candidates who failed to make it due to “translation errors” from English to Telugu in the prelims question papers.
Appsc conducted the Group 1 Mains exams in October 2012. So many candidates appealed to the Supreme Court that there were more errors and the APPSC should delete those questions and release the revised selection list.
The apex court gave this order after hearing the petitions of APPSC, the state government and some of the selected candidates who wanted the court to suspend the order of the AP HC which found the way the selection was conducted defective in respect of four questions.
The Supreme Court bench directed the APPSC to delete the six defective questions from the preliminary question paper and reconduct the exercise. After deleting the questions, the authorities have to finalize a fresh list of selected candidates for Group 1 Mains exam.

Librarian post k liye B.Lib.Sc. ke alaawe computer related added qualification ko v consideration mein liya hoga. Yeh simply mera guess bhar hai. Jr.stat.assistant post ke selected candidates v unlogon ko consider kiya gaya jinhone graduation k tino saal(3 yrs.) maths study kiya. 2yrs maths padhane wale chem hons aur phy hons ko consider nahi kiya gaya hai. Waise jin logon ne graduation mein 2yrs maths padha hai unko v J.S.A. post k liye sure consider karna chahiye tha. 2 yrs maths padhne wale ka yeh qualification maths study karne k najariye se kaun sa qualification kaha jayega. Yadi maths graduate ka requirement hai aur koi pass course without hons. 2 yr course science graduate hai toh aise mein inki qualification kya kahi jayegi?? बीपीएससी के रिजल्ट के मामले में आदेश सुरक्षित
पटना (एसएनबी)। पटना उच्च न्यायालय ने राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा की 53वीं से 55वीं का रिजल्ट मोडरेटिंग कर निकाले जाने के मामले में सुनवाई पूरी कर ली। मुख्य न्यायाधीश रेखा एम. दोशित व न्यायमूर्ति अश्वनि कुमार सिंह की पीठ इस मामले में बाद में अपना आदेश पारित करेंगे। न्यायालय की एकल पीठ ने इस मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए बिना कोई आदेश पारित किये हुए इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई के लिए 15 जुलाई को दो सदस्यीय पीठ के समक्ष भेज दिया था। वैसे बीपीएससी का साक्षात्कार के बाद अंतिम रिजल्ट निकल चुका है और चयनित अभ्यर्थियों का नाम नियुक्ति के लिए भेजा जा चुका है। न्यायालय ने 11 सितम्बर को सफल अभ्यर्थियों का नाम नियुक्ति के लिए नाम भेजे जाने पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया था। साथ ही उसने बीपीएससी से मुख्य लिखित परीक्षा की उत्तर पुस्तिका जांचे जाने का आधार बताने को कहा था। इस मामले में नियम के विरुद्ध उत्तर पुस्तिका की जांच कर अंक दिये जाने को मुद्दा बनाया गया है। प्रधान अपर महाधिवक्ता ललित किशोर ने कहा है कि सभी अभ्यथियों के उत्तर पुस्तिका की जांच मोडरेटिंग के माध्यम से की गयी है और जांच में नियम का पूरा पालन किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा था कि बीपीएससी ने 19 सेवाओं के लिए 970 अभ्यर्थियों का नाम नियुक्ति के लिए प्रस्तावित कर चुका है। अब इस मामले में आगे सुनवाई की कोई जरूरत नहीं है। याचिकाकर्ता सुनील कुमार व अन्य की तरफ से अधिवक्ता दीनू कुमार ने न्यायालय से कहा कि बीपीएससी ने नियम के विरुद्ध उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का जांच कराया है। उसने न शीर्ष अदालत और न ही उच्च न्यायालय के पूर्व के आदेश का पालन किया है। वह अपने भी नियम का पालन नहीं किया है। उत्तर पुस्तिका की जांच में उसने अधिक अंक पाने वालों को फेल कर दिया है और कम अंक पाने वालों को पास कर दिया है। उसे लिखित परीक्षा का रिजल्ट फिर से निकालने को कहा जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि उच्च न्यायालय ने 26 अगस्त, 2011 को बीपीएससी से कहा था कि वह स्केलिंग व मोडरेटिंग को लेकर छह महीने में नियम बनाये। जबतक नियम नहीं बनाया जाता है तबतक शीर्ष अदालत के आदेशानुसार कॉमन सब्जेट का मोडरेटिंग कर रिजल्ट निकाले। बीपीएससी ने दोनों अदालतों में से किसी भी अदालत के निर्देश का पालन नहीं किया है। इस तरह से रिजल्ट निकालने पर मेधावी छात्र का मनोबल गिरेगा। याचिकाकताओं ने रिजल्ट को निरस्त कर पहले से स्थापित मानदंड के आधार पर रिजल्ट निकालने की मांग की है। मुख्य परीक्षा की रिजल्ट को सुनील कुमार सहित अन्य ने अपने अधिवक्ता दीनू कुमार के माध्यम से चुनौती दी है। इसी मुद्दे को लेकर नवीन चंद्र कुमार सिंह व अन्य ने अधिवक्ता विवेक प्रसाद के माध्यम से याचिका दाखिल की है। उन्होंने अपनी याचिका में कहा है कि बीपीएससी ने 53वीं से 55वीं प्रशासनिक सेवा का रिजल्ट मोडरेटिंग कर निकाला है, जबकि यह बात विज्ञापन या प्रारंभिक परीक्षा होने के समय नहीं बताया गया था।
