These are the clarifications of your points:-
Point-1: 'Not resident of Jharkhand' is given for those students who had claimed reservation and were over age. If you examine the rejection list, you will find that, for every 'not resident of Jharkhand', 'over age' is written too. It mean only over aged who were not resident of Jharkhand were rejected. So, every examines who qualifies the age limit is eligible for selection.

No one was truely sharing his marks so I shared mine. Although there is some risk of misuse of personal data I shared my roll and dob, so that the integrity and usefulness of this blog remains unhindered. If you go through the whole blog you'll find that no one has shared his dob and roll. But without thinking twice someone started abusing. Thanks to admin to remove the post but I am hurt. Though being genuine I am being abused. This proves that there is no need of sharing anything here and no need to waste your time. I am nervous about my marks so I keep monitoring this blog. kal maine varification karwaya. sabse pehle waha ek form milega usko bharna hoga. usme ek photograph bhi lagana hoga. form ke pichhe kuchh declaration hai jisko apne haatho se likhna hoga. per dhayan rahe ise khud se nahi bharna hai. ander me jab kaha jaye tab bharna hai. bharne ke baad jab aapka roll no pukara jayega to use lekar ander jana hai. waha graduation ka certificate, 10th certificate original + ek ek xerox jama karna hai. Jo Jharkhand ke niwasi hain unko sthania niwasi praman patra aur jati praman patra usi format me jama karna hai jo kaha gaya tha. jati praman patra me non crimi layer likha huwa rahna chahiye. agar nahi to varification ke samai baat karna hoga. agar koi setting karwa kar exam diya ho to sawdhan ho jaye kyoki waha computer me sabka photo load hai jo ki exam hall me khicha gaya tha. agar unko shak huwa to match bhi karwane ke liye kahte hai. Aur kuchh jankari chahiye to puchh sakte hain....

Wo log jo cutoff ka rona ro rahe hai wo jaan le ki cutoff pehle decide nahi hota hai but jitna ko selection karna rahta hai unka list banta hai aur jo last hota hai uska marks hi cutoff ban jaata hai.
Aur rahi seats badne ki baat to wo jo local hindi newspaper me aaya tha ek baar lekin unki news ki authenticity ka bharosa nahi kiya jaa sakta. So just wait and watch.

There isn't any point in guessing the cut off. Exams are finished and no one can change his or her marks. No matter how much high it may go but the thing to keep in mind is they are going to fill all the posts and it will be given to the legitimate candidates, no unethic work is in progress in the form of GHUSH. So be relax. Keeping in view the progress, the result may be out before 20 feb.

Par ye dyan rakhe girls ke liey horizontal reservation hai, means agar normal cutoff me hi girls mil gai to low jakar girls lene ki jaroorat nahi hogi.it is different from vertical reservation Jo ST,SC ya OBC ko milta hai.
