It is now almost final that Bihar Staff Selection Commission will
hold Second Graduate level Preliminary-2 for selecting candidates for mains
examination. According to the General
administration department modified rule (for Bihar Staff Selection Commission
Examinations):
1.
The preliminary examination shall be conducted
in more than one stages on being the number of applicants more than four lakhs.
In each examination, candidates obtaining 10% highest marks shall be permitted
to appear in the preliminary examination -2. The main examination shall be
conducted for successful candidates of preliminary examination -2 .
It means three things:
1.
10% of February 16 and 10% of February 23
appearance (in examination) will be qualified for preliminary-2 examination.
2.
About 80,000 candidates will be called for preliminary-2
stage.
3.
5times of posts will be qualified for mains
examination.
On the basis of general administration amendment (10% rule)
and toughness (in fact easy nature of questions) nature of preliminary-1, it
can be assumed that those (candidates) getting 410-420 numbers should be ready for
preliminary-2 stage. It might be setback for good performers, but good another
chance for those who are little skeptical. Anyways, it is good move.
