Bihar Staff Selection Commission conducted first graduate level mains examination (Sachiwalaya Sahayak Examination) on 27 January, 2013. Mains examination question paper and Answer key have been provided on Commission's website. Any error in question paper or in answer can be informed to BSSC till 31 January, 2013. After then no complain will be entertained. It shows that BSSC is serious in declaring the result as soon as possible. It can be expected before 20 February, 2013.
As far standard of questions are concerned, it was a mix bag. It was not on the pattern of preliminary examination. All sections were mixed. There were very few questions from math. Except 5 to 6 questions of word formation , all reasoning questions were not so tough. GK questions were not so lengthy as it was in the mains. In the Reasoning section unlike PT. examination, not too many questions were asked from arithmetic. It means GS and Science questions are going to decide the final merit. One can say that it was little easy.
Keeping all these factors in mind one can expect a cut off marks based on one's performance. Since the General Hindi paper was qualifying in nature, hence its marks will not be added in the merit list preparation. So merit list will be prepared on the marks scored in Second sitting's paper only. In the preliminary examination cut off for general candidate's was 342 (on the basis of first result). In the mains examination cut off will be certainly go higher. How much, it is very tough to say. But one can guess and say that it will be around 390-400 marks for general category. It may be wrong, but is only speculation. Now it is up to you, to debate on the cut off. However BSSC is not going to give you enough time in debating the result, because final result can be expected anytime after 15 February. Total number of seats are 3285.

High Court, Patna has asked to Bihar Staff Selection Commission for cancel the exam of Junior Engineer . Otherwise a judicial investigation will be conduct on this exam. This order has been passed by HC after found jumble in strong room of Bihar Staff Selection Committee office.
A case has been registered by CID on 20 October for jumble in strong room of Bihar Staff Selection Commission where answer sheet of Bihar Secretariat Assistant Exam and junior engineer exam were kept.
CID has found that some persons were doing chicanery with OMR answer sheets of Bihar Secretariat Assistant Exam and junior engineer exam. The suspects has accepted that they were changing the OMR Sheets of some candidates after take bribe from those candidates.
After this whole exam has been came under suspicion. HC has asked detail of action taken by Bihar Staff Selection Commission about solve these serious matter. If BSSC would not satisfy HC, then HC may cancel whole exam of Secretariat Assistant Exam

Navin sinha ne sirf 269 candidates ko by post inform karne ka order diya tha. Ab 6th aug se regular sunwai hogi. It may be on appointment of expert committee or cancellation of exam.
SC k do judgement ka citation diya jayega AP PCS and SSC CGL 2013.
Ultimately either party may move to sc. But if d db judgment follows all d essential procedure no party will b benefitted in sc.

Kyonki, Mihir jha, Rekha doshit jaise judges candidates ke hit se kahin jyada commission aur govt ke roti sekte dikhate hain. Yeh manaiye ki aage dhai mahine bhi in logon ke haath se yeh cases bacha rahe. More deserving candidates bahar baithkar kabad rahe hain aur fail candidates noukari liye hue hai. Mihir jha ka judgement galat tha,uske bawjud ek saal ke beet jaane ke baad bhi cases ko majak,candidates ke career aur time ko majak banakar rakha hai. Durga maa ke bagh se v kisi dar nahi lagta hai in logon ko. Ham sochate hain case thoda aur shusht bana rahe toh wahi achchha rahe.
