    Lagta to aise hi hai. Waise bhi vacancy 2010 me aayi thi. Par abhi bhi bahut pench baki hai is pariksha me. Sarkar ko chahiye ki sabhi 25000 ko kisi na kisi department me join kara de kyoki post itna to khali hai hi. Isase vivad khatam ho jayega. Par samjhaye kaun?

    As I am getting information that, cases have been transfered to Honorable Justice Ravi Ranjan bench. Now after yesterday's political events, whole things and cases are going to be affected. Even court judgments will be affected (due to Bihar Politics). So nothing will happen very soon.

    jujgement ko 3 months tak hi reserve rakka ja sakta hai according to supreme court verdict.lekin 4 munth bad bhi koi faisla nahi aaya hai bssc case mein.

    BSSC ne apne website par desirable information 30.09.13 tak download karne ko kaha hai. mujhe nahi lagta iske pahle kuchh hoga. agar aaplogo ko kuchh pata ho to please kuchh bataye.

    other hand has argued on some of the other issues relating to
    whole examination being itself vitiated.
    Mr. Dinu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner
    has further assailed the declaration of result of examination on
    the ground of its vitiated.
    Now, Mr. Abhinav Srivastava wants to address on the
    last issue of the main result being not declared as per the
    reservation rules as set out by the Government.

    Barabar kaha,vinay bhai...Waise to mujhe Aapk case me dum hone ki sambhavana behad kshin dikh rahi h, karan ab case bssc k khilaf nahi, khud court k khilaf hoga, par fir v aaplog kuchh kar paye to aapka bhala ho na ho mera kalyan hona nishchit h...kuchh rank se SA chhut raha h,wo pakad me aa jaayega...so lage rahiye...ham safal ko aur safal banane hetu...thnx in advance...shesh kam hone k bad.

      Rakesh ji , court ne apna order nispakshata se hi diya h, hum - AAP apne2 answer le kar chal rahe h isliye, nispaksh nahi dikh raha.
      ab is par DB me case karne se koi fayada nahi.....court janti h ki asafalta aadmi ko asantusht bana deri h. Bus ek khanapurti ki jaayegi.
      Isliye bandhuon se appeal h , case k sath 2 other exams ki taiyari v karenge.

    Abhi ek information mili hai ki is list me b.lib. wala koi nahi hai. B.lib. isc candidate hi library wali seat me liya jayega. Usko bhi bharna hai to list to nikalega. Waise is bhai ka vinamra niwedan hai ki agar aapki jankari me koi candidate hai to please uska mains ka marks share kare. Jisase agli list nikalne pe kuch baat karunga. News source 100% authentic hai.

    Friends, 26.07.10 ko jari notification ke bad jo sudhdhi patra -1 aayi thi jiske madhyam se antim tithi 31.05.11 tak kar di gayi thi. Maine 24.05.11 ko form bheja, P.T diya, Main diya, counselling hui, revise result bana wha tak mera nam hai, parantu post wise jari list me mera nam nahi hai.     Mera mamla rank ka nahi hai, BSSC wale bol rahe hai ki date badhaya gaya tha aisa dhyan nahi hai proof hai to le aaiye.

    Mera graduation 28.07.2010 ko hua, yani final year ka marksheet 28.07.10 ko taiyar hua.
    2.
    BSSC ke notification me antim tithi 26.07.2010 tha jise sudhdhi patra dwara badha kar 31.05.2011 kiya gaya tha wo suddhi patra aaj bhi bssc ke website par uplabdh hai. Use pura padh ke dekhiye aur uska matlab bataiye.
    3.
    Unka kahna hai ki jab aap 28.07.10 ko graduate hua to 26.07.10 ko form kaise bhare.
    Jabki antim tithi 31.05.11 tha aur educational qualification ka koi cut of date bhi nahi diya tha. Agar antim tithi 31.05.11 ko hi cut of date mane to mera graduation 28.07.10 ko yani purva nirdharit antim tithi 26.07.10 ke do din bad ho chuka tha.
    Ab aphi is mamle me meri galti bataye aur mera margdharsan karen. BSSC ki galti hai ya meri. Aise me aap bhi mera majak udaye to aap khud sonche kaisa lagega.
    Man lo postwise list me bhi kisi ka nam hai aur BSSC ke written list/hard copy me unka nam na ho to kaisa lagega. Isme kiski galti manege. aap khud sonche..

    @mukeshsaw guptajee, My sympathy is with u since you are in this position. But I think in this case your position is not strong. Why? Because last date for filling application was 26-07-2010 and you got your marksheet on 28-07-2010. You filled form on extended date. But date was extended after court verdict, in which court has ordered that, since no such vacancies came after 1999, hence those students should be allowed to appear in the exam whose age has expired. Hence extended date was means for those candidates, however BSSC also allowed those candidates to apply who hadn't applied so far. But graduation cut off was not changed. On this logic your case is not strong. However you can approach court where you may get remedy. Best of luck

    Selected doston ko meri or se joining ki bahut-bahut badhai.

    Par kursi milne ke bad mujhe mat bhuliyega, apka ek dost race jit kar bhi medal se banchit rah gaya. Jabki mera koi dosh nahi hai kyonki niymanusar last date ko hi cut off date for education mana jata hai. BSSC dwara badhaye gaye last date 31.05.11 wale sudhipatra me kahin mention nahi hai ki ye sirf date ke dispute wale candidate ke liye hai. Aur main for bharne ki tithi ko eligible tha. aur extended last date ke pahle form bhara hai jo accept bhi hua is sambandh me supreme court ka spast guide line bhi hai.
    Par choro yar main apni vartaman service se utna to nahi lekin fir bhi santust hu. Bas ghar se dur hun yahi gam hai.
    Abhi hal SSC CGL 2012 me bhi selection hua lekin posting A.P mil raha tha kaun jata.

    Chalta hai dost aap sab khus hai ye mere liye kam khusi ki bat nahi hai. Aane wale BPSC me mai apke pas aane ke liye puri tarah se taiyar hun. Bas problem ye hai ki apne ghar walon ko kaise aur kis muh se kya bolun.

    Jo dost mere jaisi sthiti me hain plese apna mobile no share karain main un logon se bat kar apna gam halka karna chahta hun. mara mobile no. 09685771128 hai.

    Mukesh ji , my sympathy with u, i would like to advice u one very basic point of d life that u seem to b emotional with d simple issue, frankly saying not good for u particularly in ur issue. My advice for u, is to be mentally tough.Boys, in ur age, sometime donot find best ways out of his capacity to handle with the odd situations like this one. Know me ur friend or own brother who can be friend indeed at this moment of crisis. The two words - MENTALLY TOUGH rejects all other scope of being emotional and becoming soft . It will certainly prepare u a man of capability and capacity or a complete man. If u are confident that ur selection for CGL cannot be denied then donot be slack a bit, see straight to ur goal, nothing else. Bas piche nahi dekhna hai. Piche dekhne ka matlab hai fir aage k liye sufficient majboot nahi hoyenge. Ek anjam piche chalne ka pata hai, iss samay koi v baat pichhe k direction ka na toh karna hai aur na hi sunana hai. Koi v negative baat se bilkul hi parhej kariye aur phone pe dost se baat karna, dookh halka hota hai, honestly saying inn very ordinary batoon se aap bahut upar hain. So think high always go ahead for ur goal. Best of ur luck.

    A Supreme Court order on Monday ( 7th Oct 2013), said that the written exam to the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) needs to be retaken.

    This order has been a bolt from the blue for several successful candidates who have already cleared the Mains and interview, and were hoping to join government posting soon.

    Scores of students expressed displeasure with the Supreme Court order that requires them to retake the exam with 16,000 other candidates who did not qualify the Mains last September.The controversy erupted after the APPSC released a key for the prelims where many students felt that 6 questions had wrong answers. The students demanded that they be awarded marks for the questions in doubt or the exam be cancelled. However, in spite of protests,the APPSC continued with the selection process and conducted the Mains in September2012 and the interview between january and March 2013.

    After a set of students went to Andhra Pradesh High Court, the latter asked the commission to rectify its course, but the APPSC challenged the order in the Supreme Court only to face the wrath of the court.

    It is evident that there is a lapse in decision making by the APPSC which did not pay heed to what aspirants said. Since it is their mistake, now it is the responsibility of APPSC to ensure that exams are reconducted well without fault.

    C H Ramakrishna, a Zoology student who attempted the exam twice and did not make it, says, “This is a golden opportunity for the students who were disqualified in the interview as it gives them a chance to try their luck. The APPSC must take complete responsibility that in future no mistakes occur.”

    Agreeing with this line of thought, Akbar Saleem Shaik, said, “In future APPSC has to be very careful while conducting the examinations.”
