After a long wait, Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has finally published the revised result. Total 27289 students have been declared successful in revised result which include earlier successful students. Honorable Patna High Court on 30 October, 2012, had rejected the bunch of petitions filled against result of first graduate level examination. But the Court had ordered not to fail those 935 students who were declared successful in preliminary result but were failing after revaluation of answer sheets. According to the Commission total 1415 new students succeeded in revaluation. But problem arose, when some candidates scores were equal or more than those candidates who were not in the passed list. To short out this problem Commission sought suggestion from General Administration department. In turn, General Department sought guidance from Department of Law. After more than one and half month, General Administration Department sent its suggestion to the Commission. One can say that BSSC might have avoided this delay. It should have sought suggestions from Bihar Public Service Commission, which had faced similar situation in 53-55th preliminary result. But BPSC declared the result within a week without seeking guidance from any departments. Any way, successful students should now concentrate on mains examination which is the most important phase.

ReplyDeleteसचिवालय सहायक समेत विभित्र संवगरें के 3285 पदों के लिए हुई प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का संशोधित रिजल्ट शुक्रवार को जारी किया गया. संशोधित रिजल्ट में 10 हजार से अधिक अभ्यर्थी सफल हुए हैं. एक सप्ताह के अंदर मेंस की तिथि घोषित किये जाने की संभवना है. आयोग ने हाइकोर्ट के निर्देशानुसार कुल 27,289 अभ्यर्थियों को सफल घोषित किया है. इससे पहले निकाले गये रिजल्ट में मात्र 16497 अभ्यर्थियों को सफल घोषित किया गया था. आयोग के सचिव परशुराम मिश्र ने कहा कि शीघ्र ही बैठक होगी, जिसके बाद मेंस की तिथि तय कर दी जायेगी.
ReplyDeleteक्या था पेच : 12 अप्रैल, 2012 को प्रकाशित रिजल्ट को कुछ अभ्यर्थियों ने गलत सवालों के आधार पर हाइकोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी. हाइकोर्ट के निर्देश पर पीटी की कॉपियों का पुनर्मूल्यांकन हुआ, जिनमें 1415 नये अभ्यर्थी सफल रहे थे, जबकि 935 वैसे अभ्यर्थी असफल रहे थे, जो पहले पास थे. चूंकि 935 अभ्यर्थी पूर्व में हुए मूल्यांकन में उत्तीर्ण थे, इसलिए उन्हें मुख्य परीक्षा में शामिल करने का निर्णय हाइकोर्ट के आदेश पर लिया गया. आयोग के समक्ष उलझन यह थी कि पुनर्मूल्यांकन में कुछ ऐसे अभ्यर्थी असफल घोषित हो रहे थे, जिन्हें उक्त 935 अभ्यर्थियों से अधिक प्राप्त हुए हैं. ऐसे में इन 935 को मुख्य परीक्षा में शामिल करना व इनसे अधिक अंक लानेवालों को शामिल नहीं करना फिर से एक विवाद को जन्म दे सकता था. इसलिए आयोग ने सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग से छह नवंबर, 2012 को मार्गदर्शन मांगा. फिर इस मामले पर विधि विभाग से राय ली गयी. सभी विभागों से परार्मश के बाद आयोग ने शुक्रवार को संशोधित रिजल्ट जारी कर दिया. इस संशोधित रिजल्ट में 10 हजार 792 अभ्यर्थियों को मेंस परीक्षा में बैठने का मौका मिल गया. इधर, बिहार राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने उत्पाद अवर निरीक्षक का अंतिम परिणाम भी जारी कर दिया है. कुल 63 अभ्यर्थियों को अंतिम तौर पर सफल घोषित किया गया है. सामान्य कोटि के 37, पिछड़ा वर्ग से आठ, ओबीसी से 13, अनुसूचित जाति से 11, अनुसूचित जनजाति से एक और पिछड़ा वर्ग में महिला कोटि के तीन अभ्यर्थियों को सफल घोषित किया गया है.

होनी थी 80 हजार पदों पर बहाली
ReplyDeleteपटना: राज्य में निकट भविष्य में 80 हजार पदों पर स्थायी नौकरी देने की योजना थी. लेकिन, इस साल यह संभव नहीं हो सका. इन पदों पर योग्य उम्मीदवारों के चयन के लिए बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग व बिहार राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग को अनुशंसा भेजी जा चुकी है.
बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने 3285 पदों को भरने के लिए प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है. सचिवालय सहायक समेत अन्य 3500 पदों के लिए प्रारंभिक परीक्षा हो चुकी है. इसमें 2.54 लाख अभ्यथिर्यों ने प्रारंभिक परीक्षा दी थी. मुख्य परीक्षा 27 जनवरी को होनी है.
बड़ी बहाली पुलिस में
राष्ट्रीय अनुपात में पुलिस बल की मौजूदगी बनाये रखने के लिए 55000 हजार पदों को सृजित कर सिपाही व दारोगा की नियुक्ति होनी है. फिलहाल यह मामला पद सृजन को लेकर गृह विभाग व वित्त विभाग के बीच झूल रहा है. बिहार प्रशासनिक सेवा के पुनर्गठन के बाद बीडीओ के लिए बिहार ग्रामीण सेवा व सीओ के लिए बिहार राजस्व सेवा के गठन का सरकार ने निर्णय लिया था. 534 बीडीओ व 534 सीओ की नियुक्ति के लिए बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग को दो वर्ष पूर्व ग्रामीण विकास विभाग व राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग ने अनुशंसा भेजी है. फिलहाल यह मामला आयोग में विचाराधीन है. जेल सेवा में चार हजार कक्षपाल व 62 सहायक जेलर के पद खाली हैं. इन पदों को भरने के लिए बिहार राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग को गृह कारा विभाग ने अपनी अनुशंसा दो वर्ष पूर्व भेज दी है. मुख्य सचिव अशोक कुमार सिन्हा ने विलंब को गंभीरता से लेते हुए आयोग को तत्काल कार्रवाई करने के लिए कहा है. राजस्व कर्मचारी के 4600 व पंचायत सचिव के लगभग 4000 पदों पर बहाली होनी है. इसके अलावा नियत वेतन पर डेढ़ लाख शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया चल रही है.
प्रक्रिया होगी तेज: दीपक
सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के प्रधान सचिव दीपक कुमार का कहना है निकट भविष्य में नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लायी जायेगी. संविदा आधारित पदों पर कार्यरत कुशल कर्मियों की सेवा स्थायी की जा सकती है. इसके लिए अलग से नीति बनायी जा रही है. सभी प्रशासी विभागों को रिक्त पदों को चिह्न्ति कर वहां नियुक्ति के लिए कर्मचारी चयन आयोग व बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग को अधियाचना भेजने के लिए कहा गया है. दोनों आयोग से भी कहा गया है कि जितनी रिक्तियां अनुशंसित है उनके लिए शीघ्र विज्ञापन जारी कर परीक्षा लिये जायें. नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने के लिए वर्ष 2010 में संयुक्त परीक्षा नियमावली तैयार किया गया था.
Azab bhediya dhasan ho gaya hai sachiwalaya sahayak result me.bssc is voilating its own 5:1 rectt rule for its mistake and failure to set correct ques. Remember it is 1lifetimer obj exam unlike bpsc mains and more candidates make the contest very difficult in such obj exam with less probability for orginally selected candidates.we should not pay and challenge this idiotic mistake of bssc

ReplyDeleteYes, ye mains nhi ho sakta hai aur hona bhi nhi chahiye. Copy recheck karne court sabhi ka kaha tha fir sab ka to check huwa hi nhi. Najdik aur paise walo ne apply kar result nikalwa liya. Rest jo sajjan aur sharif students unke sath to anyay hi ho raha hai. Unke marks abhi unchanged hai, aise me re evaluation ka koi matlab hi nhi hai. BSSC ko PT fir se conduct karke fair process apnana hoga. Plz sare students unite hokar apna haq mango..

Wheather or not case was filed in the HC. Even after nine days of the publication of result , BSSC has taken no further action ( date of counceling,publication of revised answer key,marks etc.).Then what was the need for publishing the result in such a hurry .

The HC will in all probability put a stay on the result as it has done in the cases of J.E. and E.S.I. exams two days before. ReplyDeleteBSSC never said that they will not publish marks sheet... after continious work for about one month even on sunday.. most of the stafgs are on leave... so the delay ... you can conform by calling at BSSC... .

ReplyDeleteyaar court case toh aap logo ne kar diya...par hearing ki date kab padegi....yeh pata hai aapko ..khair abhi toh koi stay order nahin diya gaya hai...na hi counciling ki koi date aa rahe hai..bssc pahle logo ka marks degi phir aage process hoga...itna toh aap log jaan lain ki exam cancel nahin hoga...hamare sabhi doston ke marks ke hissb se hi rank aaaye hai...toh lagta hai ki dhandhali nahin huye hai...khair aap log apni tamanna puri kar lain ...agar hearing date ka kuch pata hai toh sheare karein....

ReplyDeleteHC. Do it really help them. Questions were either easy or very tough.questions which were given wrong answer,made rightly by every one. The new revised answer sheet would make change mainly in buffer area that is 2000 to 4000 ranking. Some of those who r between 2000 to 3000 would go out side of 3285 & some of those who r between 3000 to 4000 would come inside selection circle. Rank change occour on other stages too but that doesn'tmake any sense. But the most benefitted class would be 1000 to 2000 rank.they would be upgraded. Rank1 to 1000 would little degraded. But what for 10,000+ rank holders, little hope...but still they r fighting. It means they r fighting for others. Therefor all 3000 to 4000 rank holders say thanks for them. They r fighting for u.

The chance of the cancellation of this exam is quite meagre unless some large scale irregularities are found at a later stage.Most probably, the HC will ask the BSSC for re-evaluation of answersheets on the basis of correct answerkey.
ReplyDeleteThe honourable court should dispose of the case as soon as possible. Keep pending the case means keep pending future of thousand of students. The petitoners should request court to treat it as a special case to come up with quick judgement. It is agonizing to wait for such a long period from April 2010 to ........20??. Why every exam in our beloved state entangle into court for final result. In present sceanerio there should be a exam cell in HC for conducting competitive exams in Bihar,should'nt be? ......friends come up with ur views as well as latest news regarding exam,result,court & counselling....why such insolvency of ideas & scarcity of participants on this blog? Why....
ReplyDeleteMost important thing commission har baar ek hi galti kyon karta hai.ye galti ho jati hai ya janbujh kar ki jaati hai..pass ho ya fail sabhi pareshan rahte hai...aalhir carbon copy dena model answe jari karne ke baad bhi galti karna ka kya matlab hai..commision ke pass expert hai bhi ya nahi..na to 150 question sahi se niya jata hai aur na hi sahi answer..aakhir commission ko itni jaldi result nikalne ki kya jaldi thi..kya revised answer key dene ke baad result jari nahi kiya ja sakta tha..bhaut saare sawal commision ke upar khade hote hai..lekin mai ye bhi janta hun ki court is exam ko cancle nahi karega..ek do answer me sudhar kar phir se result jari kar diya jayega..lekin commision ki galtiyon ka nuksan to aakhir student ko hi uthana hoga..jab tak nirakaran nahi ho jata hai pass fail wale dono pareshan rahenge..aakhir kab tak commission aisi galtiya karta rahega?
ReplyDeleteDear friend , I examine the past of bssc results, the commission has never given the revised answer sheet in any of its exam. Therefor merely on this reason we can't say that something wrong has happened. But yes there should be transperency. Even after judgement the bssc only gave information to the court regarding correction. By and large we have to rely on bssc because anything rectified in the result by the court would be done via bssc.
ReplyDeleteIt is this lack of tranparency that creates doubts in our minds. And it is due to this lack of transparency that cases are almost always filed in the HC. We all want nothing but an open, fair and transparent exam system. Had BSSC not given wrong questios/answers and uploaded REVISED ANSWERKEY ,Q.BOOKLET and MARKS ,there might have been no need for HC's intervention. BSSC has been commiting same type of mistakes again and again in almost every exam.This is a serious blot on it's reputation. Just 5-6 days ago HC has stayed the final result of two exams (J.E. and E.S.I.) in similar circumtances.The moot question is if BSSC has nothing to hide then what is stopping it from becoming totally open and transparant. The HC must pass strictures on BSSC irresponsible conducts and warns it not to repeat such blunders in future. Meanwhile we all can do nothing but expect a fair and speedy trial of this case.

ReplyDeleteAfter the review of revised questions/answers there are a lots of errors founded. questions are 1.-148, 2.-147, 3.-134, 4.-128, 5.-125, 6.-124, 7.-123, 8.-82, 9.-69 and one question 111 which is deleted by bssc.It means at lest 40 marks help to some needy candidates to reach top 1000.
ReplyDeleteHey bssc....why r u in stonedeaf mode..in death silence....come forward....resolve d matter by giving revised answersheet & re-scanned copy ...put the boring court sessions to the end before beginning....because we r unemployed youths, sole breadwinners of our familly....struggling to both ends meet & to keep body attach with soul....since 2010 waiting for bread & butter, now we will give up the ghost....what use of it,living hungry almost....but remember we will haunt around veterinary sc collage in thriller nights,dancing like Michael jackson & harass ur officials whenever they go for conducting exams...hey bssc.
ReplyDeleteDear pinky...1-148Q (already revised). 2-147-(already revised) 3.-134(question is right) 4-128(question is right). 5-125( question is beyond fought). 6-124(question is confusing but conclusion may be deducted sccording syllogism). 7-123(already revised ). 8-82( easy question every one would loose or get) 9-69(revised answer d is absolutely right) & 111-( do u think any one would have solve it wrong).....now how can 40 marks difference arose?

ReplyDeleteha quki set me to Q-5,8,21,88,144,145 ka wrong answer diya gaya hai ,sath hi me Q-97,98,123,124,147 sawal hi galat hai,but Q-128,148,149 hindi me galat puchhe gaye hai but english me sahi hai.ab aayag ne inme kya badlaw kiye hai kuchh pata nahi.mujhe eske allawa koi galti nahi dikhti hai.

ReplyDeleteI had gone to personnel deptt. of secretariat on 15 February and they said that twelve staffs among them has been nominated for counselling and it will be started from 18 February, but BSSC has not announced any date till now regarding counselling, As It was mentioned in Prabhat khabar that it will be started on last week Feb., Lets watch and hope same.

ReplyDelete5 members expert committee was set up to study 2800 application sent by students. ... on the advice of committee 4 questions were deleted.. so merit list is prepared on the basis of 146 questions. Answers of 9 questions were corrected before preparing merit list..
But few friends whose rank is 10000+ neglectd these facts and went to court with the hope that exam will be cancelled...
dear, successful friends!why you are crying.if you are success in the exam it means you are lucky and who gates rank 5000+ are very lucky.because there are many wrong questions and answers set by bssc and that benifits goes to that candidate who got 5000+ rank.
ReplyDeleteI spaicly say thanks to mr jag for his childness comment. but it is true that After the review of revised questions/answers there are a lots of errors founded. questions are 1.-148, 2.-147, 3.-134, 4.-128, 5.-125, 6.-124, 7.-123, 8.-82, 9.-69 and one question 111 which is deleted by bssc.It means at lest 40 marks help to some needy candidates to reach op 1000.

ReplyDeleteMr jag expert committe ki baat na hi kare to accha hai..mai bhaut sare exam me expert committee banne ke baad unhe bhi galtiya karte dekha hai..quetion no 71 ka answer abhi bhi galat hai..agar hindustan paper ki info sahi hai to question no 111 delete karne ka koi base ujhe samajh nahi aata hai..ssc dwara liye gaye exam ka final stage par aaka rok lag jana bhaut kuch kah deta hai..bcz mai law acchi tarah samajhta hun bina case me merit ka court kabhi bhi stay order nahi deti hai...bssc jab model answer and marks jari karegi tabhi sab clear ho payega..isliye tab tak bssc lo clean chit nahi de ja sakti hai
ReplyDeleteUnless BSSC is going to upload REVISED ANSWERKEY and MARKS, no clear-cut picture will emerge and utter confusion will continue to persist among us all. It now seems certain that BSSC will not do this without HC's castigation. Now this matter is sub judice so we have no alternative but to wait patiently till the final verdict by the Court.

ReplyDeleteHere, I am attached a list for all of my frnd in which i have manipulated in table format the number of student who get same marks but get different rank position in merit list due to their date of birth. So, it can help you to calculate/guess variation which occur in your rank if any revision held in answer key. According to my view every marks after rank 450+ will be created huge up and down in merit list, Now its over to u for further comment.

ReplyDeletedoes it out of issue that how much time the wrong question taken and meaning less translation had put on question paper those, who are the question setter should hanged themselves because after expanding precious two golden years of the needy student they come out with a blunder that could not be merit to excuse easily. Maine 6 question right colour kar whitener laga diya,u can guess how much I get confused by the question! What so ever I m in safe zone. Questions were marvellous as well as balanced, mostly fault occurred in option part.

ReplyDeletebliss jee, maine GS k 91 question me 87 aur math/ reasg k 59 me 52 attemted kiye the. exact to ye nahi bata sakta ki kitne guess se kiye. lekin etna mujhe yaad hai ki maine 1st attemted me 125 question kiye the aur 2nd attempted me 14 question kiye the. 2nd attemped me maine waise qustion kiye jisme mujhe 50-50 ka chance tha. jaha tak answer key ki baat hai to maine bssc dwara jaari aur hindustaan paper me diye gaye modify answer key se ki hai. mere hisaab se esme thoda aur sudhar hone ki gunjaais hai.
ReplyDelete@Dharmendraji, Maine iska manipulation BSSC ke result se hi kiya hai, kyonki agar aaplog gaur karenge to payenge ki same marks pane wale candidate ko unke Date of birth ke anusar seniorty mili hai( as per rule which obey by approx every selection commission) My manipulation may be varied a little from actual fact but i sure it is 98% accurate.

@Neerajji thanks for ur rectification,U r right & sorry to all of my frnd for my mistake. I have been mainly focus merit list data above rank 50+ so, mistake is occurred in manipulating below than rank 50 but mark attain by candidate is not varied due to this fault because it is manipulated from my probable mark(480-rank 36). But mistake may be still present in list, So all of urs valuable comment is awaited. (Note:it is only my probable manipulation)
ReplyDeleterk singh jee, rti me bahut jhamela hai. mai banka S.P. office me rti v dekhta hu. suchna dene k liye 30 din ka samay hota hai. agar wo 30 din me v nahi dete hai to aap kuchh nahi kar sakte. eske liye aapko fir se 1st appel me jana hoga. waha v 30 din ka samay diya jata hai. fir v 30 din me na mile to aap 2nd appel me rajya suchna aayog jana padega. tab jaakar fine k dar se aapko suchna diya jayega.

dear friend, r. k. singh I am agree with u that bssc has not checked every set with revised answer.some candidate who scored 430 after reducing negative marked are in near 4500 rank. So i think there is some clerical mistake, thereby some innocent candiates are suffering. we all are hope that bssc revised it as soon as possible. I think as per nyou marks you should be in top 1500. god bless you dear.

ReplyDeleteamitesh ji you are very lucky but some candiate are scored same and their rank below 3000. it means somthing problem here....प्रदर्शनकारियों पर चटकीं लाठियां निज प्रतिनिधि, पटना : सचिवालय सहायक परीक्षा में धांधली का आरोप लगा उसे रद करने की मांग कर रहे परीक्षार्थियों ने सोमवार की दोपहर नया सचिवालय गेट के समक्ष बेली रोड को करीब डेढ़ घंटों तक जाम कर दिया। काफी मान मनौव्वल के बाद भी जब प्रदर्शनकारी नहीं माने तो पुलिस वालों के सब्र का पैमाना छलकने लगा। उन्होंने लाठी चटकाई। जिसके बाद प्रदर्शनकारी गिरते-पड़ते भाग खड़े हुए। इस दौरान कुछ प्रदर्शनकारियों को चोटें आई। प्रदर्शनकारियों के पहुंचने पर एहतियातन प्रशासन ने सचिवालय गेट बंद करा दिया। गेट के बाहर सैकड़ों की तादात में प्रदर्शनकारी मौजूद थे। दिन के समय बेली रोड जाम होने के कारण वाहनों की लंबी कतार लग गई। लोगों को खासी परेशानी हुई। प्रदर्शनकारी आल इंडिया स्टूडेंट फेडरेशन (एआइएसएफ) के बैनर तले एकत्र हुए थे। एडीएम चंद्रशेखर आक्रोशित प्रदर्शनकारियों को शांत कराने का प्रयास करते दिखे। बाद में मौके पर सिटी एसपी जयंत कुमार पहुंचे। उन्होंने भी आक्रोशित छात्रों को समझाने का बहुत प्रयास किया। जब छात्रों पर उनकी अपील का असर नहीं दिखा तो उन्होंने अपने तेवर सख्त किए। खुद लाठी उठा ली और वहां मौजूद जवानों को लाठी चार्ज का हुक्म दिया। इतने पर ही प्रदर्शनकारियों ने भगदड़ मच गई। वे गिरते-पड़ते भागने लगे। पुलिस वालों ने कुछ दूर तक उन्हें खदेड़ दिया। इस दौरान एआइएसएफ के राज्य सचिव विश्वजीत कुमार, अभिषेक आनंद सहित आधा दर्जन प्रदर्शनकारियों को पुलिस ने मौके से गिरफ्तार कर लिया। विश्वजीत कुमार ने आरोप लगाया कि शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से छात्र अपनी मांग रख रहे थे। पुलिस ने बिना वजह लाठी चार्ज किया। जिसमें कई छात्र घायल हैं। श्री कुमार ने बताया कि आइजीआइएमएस गेट से जुलूस निकाला गया। छात्रों ने कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के अध्यक्ष व सचिव से मिलने की मांग की। वहां रोषपूर्ण प्रदर्शन किया। लेकिन आयोग के कार्यालय में कोई नहीं मिला। बाद में प्रदर्शनकारी शेखपुरा मोड़ होते हुए बेली रोड से विधानसभा की तरफ बढ़े। उन्हें सचिवालय गेट के पास रोक दिया गया। विश्र्वजीत कुमार ने बताया कि 20 व 21 को राज्यव्यापी रोड व रेल जाम किया जायेगा। साथ ही सिटी एसपी की बर्खास्तगी की मांग को ले आंदोलन चलाया जायेगा।

Q111. Why this question is deleted as per info we got through newspaper. This question is easiest one and crystal clear.
Q 123. ka to option nahi aa raha hai koi?
Q147. question hi galat hai to answer kaisa. option mein se kuch bhi nahi.
Q 148. jab english aur hindi dono question se answer aa raha hai option se to ise dono answer consider karna chahiye. kyunki question paper mein ye likha hai ki agar translation mein koi galti hai to english consider kiya jayega. par yahan translation mein galti nahi hai. yahan to hindi mein percentage omission hai. aur sabse badi baat hindi se question banane wale ko ye pata hi nahi lagega ki woh galti kar raha hai kyunki option se answer aa raha hai.

ReplyDeletegrade pay 4200, 4600, 4800 aur 5400 ko scale 9300-34800 me rakha gaya hai. lekin sab ka basic pay alag-2 hota hai. jaise 4200 grade me 9300, 4600 me 12540. esi tarah 4800 aur 5400 me v esse jyada hota hai, lekin kitna hota hai abhi mujhe yaad nahi hai. sham ko bata dunga.
